oily/greasy hair contributes to some of the acne in your face. try keeping your hair out of your face.
stop picking at the bumbs. dirty fingernails will just make it infectious.
don't use harsh soaps in your face. wash your face daily with some facial cleansers that deal with sensitive skin.and apply cocoa butter (the real cocoa butter and aloe vera gels)
try not to pack your face with makeup like foundation because it prohibits your poars from breathing.
most of all, drink water (8 glasses preferably) this will help flush the impurities from your body.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Have you tried Accutane? It is prescribed by a dermatologist. You must have blood work done every month. It is a 15-20 week regimen. It has an 80% cure rate. It is large doses of vitamin A...the dosage is based on your weight. It does have some side affects....fatigue and extremely dry lips...(but Lip Medex by Blistex works great).
I just finished taking it a month and half ago. My skin looks great.
If you are still taking antibiotics....make sure you are eating plenty of yogart. The antibiotics kill the natural bacteria in your body....which helps with digestion. Yogart helps to replenish the bacteria. This really important to know if you are taking more than 50mg a day and you are on the antibiotics for an extended period of time.
I was cursed with adult on set cystic acne @ 24...I battled it for 4 years...then I found Accutane. Its covered by most insurances too.
I hope this helps. Good Luck

This worked for me and it may work for you. Use face creams that have Benzoyl peroxide in it. It comes in 2.5% up to 10% concentrate .The higher the better, but start low because your body may not be able to handle the higher concentrates. But put that on every night before bed, and you should see results in a few days. Put it on every night and stick with it even after the acne goes away.

I have been using Zenmed acne treatment product for about 3 weeks, this product is recommended by one of my friend. After two weeks I am starting to see results! I have noticed that my skin is getting gradually better. Overall, I can say Zenmed products is one of the best newer products on the market to defeat acne.
Zenmed system fights whiteheads, blackheads, and even the shiny appearance of acne prone skin. Recommend this product to many of my friends. Try it once and see the difference...

salt and water, dab some on your face. I heard it works. hmmm, wash your face eat the right food, veggies and fruits. Don't pick your face! I had really bad acne on the side of my cheeks, after popping it, I developed scars and new acne formed. The scar stayed for about 4 months, but during those four months I managed not to pick it, and when I found myself touching it, I'd wash my hands and put banadges on my acne so that I wouldn't irritate it more. Drink plenty of water too! now it's better and I'm happy, when you sweat and all, wash your face so that it wouldn't clog.

The most important thing with acne is to keep your hands off!
The second is not to overwash. All that does is stimulate the oil and sebum glands to produce more.
Try getting some sun on it.

What has helped me the most is the exfoliator that I bought at Bath & Bodyworks...It feels like sandpaper, but I use it 2--3 times per week to get rid of any oil and dead skin...(you don't need to use alot of it every time you use it)...

If your doctor approves, take A&D and Zinc supplements. Those supplements and using Dial Gold soap are the only things that helped me with my teenage acne.

This may be caused by an undiagnosed food allergy. Check out this article about grains and acne.
