i am a skinny person but my shoulders are broad so that makes me look big can anyone tell me what i can do about that. please help me out!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to look "proportioned" or balanced, learn about clothing design. For example, if you are thin in the hips you can then choose skirts which are flaired or full to balance your shoulders. Choose tops with a "V" neck. Stay away from horizontal stripes for tops. Avoid tight fitting straight skirts and pencil pants. Experiment with design and you will come to learn what you look your best in. We all have to do this - those of us who care about such things.

Everybody has a slightly different body shape and thats just the way it is - no problems here.
