I felt fine on Sunday and over the weekend. Than I felt fine when I got up on Monday. But I started feeling really sick before I went to school but I went anyway. The night before I ate a sauce that I had never eaten before at one of my favorite resturaunts and sometimes certain foods like chilli and onions make me throw-up and I dont know why it may be food intolerance. So I'm at school and I start feeling really sick during my first block and I'm also sweating alot but I dont have a fever the nurse said. Suddenly I almost barf so I ask to go to the nurse and I throw-up in the hall on the way there. The nurse sent me home after that and as soon as I threw-up I started freeling better. and by the end of the day I felt preety good and I went to swim practice but I was slower probably because I was sick earlier. The thing is I think my stomach is still tired because I didnt feel the best after breakfast but it went away and the feeling was worse after lunch.

Sure hope you're feeling better! It sounds like either a case of food poisoning, where your body wants to get something that could harm it (usually bacteria) out as soon as possible, and is usually caused by food not being prepared or cooked properly or sitting out at room temperature too long, or food allergies, where your immune system thinks something like say, raspberries (my 13 yr. old daughter throws up and gets hives, itchy red bumps, whenever she eats them), can harm you, and wants to get it out too. My mom gets sick whenever she has any dairy products because she's allergic to a milk protein called casein. Food poisoning can range from really mild to really awful, as can food allergies. The trick with allergies is to write down whatever you ate before getting sick, keep a little notepad handy, and sooner or later you'll notice the same culprit popping up, and some foods are in the same "family," like the nightshade family: tomatoes, potatoes, ect. (Most common allergies are nuts, dairy, wheat, and shellfish-seafood.) Then you just need to avoid those foods as much as possible! Good luck!

It might be food poisoning. Or, if you hit your head when you fell, it might be a concussion.

Don't push your stomach, Honey. Try sipping a ginger ale to help settle it, and otherwise let it rest.

Feel better.
