I couldnt imagine doing an implant. Thats a big body mod and if you're so unsure that you have to ask if you should get it I would say don't do it.

I think they look weird and ugly. Plus it's totally unoriginal.
If you want to stand out, do something unique to you - not something that loads of people have already done.
