well it doesn't matter what a hott girl wears because she never has it on for long and there is no style for her hair because it is messed all the time from all the sex

but what makes a girl really hot is that "maybe im interested in you or maybe not" that leaves you wondering about her. it gets in your mind, some times makes mid table stranger look like a goddess

Well, you kinda have to have good looks before you can attempt to look hot. Makeup is a must, and then bring on revealing clothes.
Although, if you want a genuine guy who likes you for who you are, not for what you look like, you shouldnt be anything but yourself.
