Boy oh boy do we get some interesting answers here...
"Si la vez" doesn't mean anything in Spanish.
"Si" can mean "if" or "yes" (if yes, it will have an accent = sÃ)
"vez" only means "time" as in "one time" or "at a time." It does not mean time like on a clock.
Si la ves.... means "If you see her..." or "If you see it...."
the word for "you see" can only be written "ves," but it pronounced the same way as "vez" in Spanish spoken on the American continents. These two words are NOT pronounced the same way in Spain!!!

"Si la vez" means "If you see her" this is also the title of a Mexican song the song is awesome, and the word can be use in a sentence like:
"Si la vez dile que la extraño" this means
''If you see her tell her that I miss her''
Si la vez means if you see her and
Si lo vez means if you see him
