I see no point in arguing with you whether George Bush killed people or not. What I will ask you to think about is that king David killed people; even murder. Do you think king David therefore is destined to eternal damnation, despite all scripture has to say about him ruling over Israel in the future?

God only knows for sure. I would hazard to guess that he will go to Heaven because he has a testimony of having a changed life after turning to Christ. Before that he had trouble with substance abuse and other things and it appears that the Holy Spirit is working in him to sanctify him.

But that's mere speculation. Like I said, God only knows for sure. As to having killed some people, Moses murdered an Egyptian (Exodus 2:12) and the Apostle Paul went around dragging Christians out of their houses and causing them to be put to death (Acts 26:10-11). But here's the Apostle Paul's testimony in a short version.

1 Timothy 1:12 I thank him who has given me strength, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he judged me faithful, appointing me to his service, 13 though formerly I was a blasphemer, persecutor, and insolent opponent. But I received mercy because I had acted ignorantly in unbelief, 14 and the grace of our Lord overflowed for me with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. 15 The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. 16 But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life.

Nobody knows for SURE. The only thing that can be assured is that in one way or another, he'll end up in the ground.
