Jesus said: But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you Matthew 5:44

I think by praying for those that hate you will change the way you feel for them. We will be change to love them. Jesus knew what He was talking about.

yeah I do, cause first If I cant make it right >> wwjd
if someone has odd against me: I say Im sorry for how they feel towards me....if they still hate me ....then I pray for them again and again it helps me to love them,
I think if I didnt continue to pray for them then it would fester on my fleshy side then soon Id be feeling the same way towards them that they feel for me ugh!! (vicious circle)

This is a very good question, yet a very tough one to answer. There are many many people who hate me, and try to make my everyday life as misreable as possible. All I do though, is when I see them, I give them a big smile. They get mad because they can't make me mad, yet I'm not doing anything to them to hurt them. I also say to them, `If I valued your oppinion, I might have been offended by that.' This is a way I get my point across of basically saying `shut the hell up' but saying it in a polite way. So yes, I try to be kind to everyone, afterall, even the meanest of people have feelings.

No one hates me.
Dear Drink Limes,
That isn't why they hated him. Those guys were theives and cut throats in a "Sacred" place. Someone had to talk to them in a way they understood, given the times they were in. He was hoping to get a lesson across. No one else dared to say or do anything, even though these were ripping off the public because it was a last chance place to get animals to sacrifice. After all, he came to do away with that practice.

Then why did Jesus throw a tantrum in the temple?

Are you kidding? I come on here and give theists who would prefer me dead the benefit of my vast knowledge.
All I get is points - quite a lot of them, it must be said.

Sometimes I kill them with kindness, basically it's like pouring hot coals over their head.

The best I can do is avoid them....leave them alone. If they'd do the same for me, I'd be grateful.
