I'm sorry.

I have been there, actually just pretty recently. Nothing worked for me and I spent so much money on crap. You name it, I tried it! I did eventually settle on Johnson & Johnson Ambi Fading Cream (it really works!), but I did seek the help of a dermatologist. (If you have insurance do it, if not, get on the medicaid program in your area. and see someone at your nearest Health Community Clinic.) They can help you find something and will even consider lab testing.

Acne is related to hormone levels, sometimes not any amount of washing, products, foods etc. will help.

You may have an allergy you do not know of. Many people are allergic to wheat or dairy for example and will never know it, other than suffering from bad skin. If you are serious about getting rid of your problem you need to start ruling out issues, you do not have to get used to your skin. First you need to get tested for allergies, you need to alter your diet, read this:
http://www.centerforfoodallergies.com/acne.htm
You might enlist the help of a nutritional expert, do some reading on the internet and rule out the diet part. I'd be willing to bet this is your problem at your age. You need to be sure you are drinking the right amount of water for your size and activity level. You need to make sure you are getting at least some exercise. You need to make a list of all the products you are exposing your skin to and go to a dermatologist AFTER you have worked on your diet if the problem persists and see if you can narrow the issue down from there. Also, make sure you wash your hands, don't touch your face unless washing it, and switch pillow cases often. If you do all of this especially the food allergy testing and seeing a dermatologist, you should be free of your problem unless you have a more rare and serious issue.

Im with ya! Ive come to terms with not having flawless skin. Alot of it is genetics, too. Maybe the antibiotics arent working as well because your body has gotten immune to them over the year. I use clean and clear continuous control with benzoyl peroxide, and it helps..I use it along with MDSkincare alpha beta hydroxy peel. MdSkincare is a bit pricey ($75) but it removes dull skin. For a cheaper alternative try Olay Regenerist thermal skin polisher, also a great product. Goodluck !

You have faced the killer of the myth that acne leaves with adolescence.
I had the worst of my acne in my mid twenties. I am in my mid thirties now. Although my acne has tapered off considerably, it still happens occasionally.

What you can do is take Vitamin E supplements. Vit. E is very good for the skin and can help you heal pimples from the inside out.
