Divine means transcendent or godlike, with further subtle variations depending on the religious context.

I suppose some Satanists might class Satan et al as "evilly divine" although most modern Satanists are probably Left Hand Pathers moving away from the divine to the mundane.

Also, I suspect that "divinely evil" is a better term.
