Is the term pinch an inch true? I am kind of worried...

No its not true.Pinch an inch was a saying of the 80's to sell that little fat measureing machine.Dont stress!

I know "A pinch to grow an inch." Like after someone blows out their b-day candles.

Yes maybe two depends on where I am on the body I am pinching if it is above the waist you might get an inch and a quarter unless I have my new VS bra then you get a full two cup sizes! hee hee maybe four inches
