Not too much really.
For lead placement, they come with kits for cannulating the vein and putting the leads in.
For impulse generator pocket creation, a scalpel (with blade, of course), electrocautery, maybe a few clamps, and sutures to close.
You'll also need the external pacer to test the lead placement so your thresholds are just right.
Why? Got plans to do this in your basement?
(You'll also need a crash cart because these folks can go bad quickly, especially during lead testing. Those asystoles always make me nervous!)
