Please don't think skinny thighs are nice looking. if you want muscular/lean thighs try doing squats or leg scissors.

Marching Band, eh? :D I'm in colorguard (: Okay, so it is a well exercise up to now. Add pushups and a few sort of aerobic that are supposed to be performed every day if viable (strolling). If you are sore, that suggests you are getting muscle. You would additionally train song even as marching (I count on you roll step, however I bet prime marching would paintings simply as good) round your backyard in step even as gambling song out of your exhibit, elegance band, and so on. Also, something that may aid together with your abs are intestine busters. Lean again and raise your ft off the bottom 6 inches or so. Play song. It'll give a boost to your middle and switch your fats into muscle. Add those, and also you must be well. Although, the scedule you might have deliberate will as a rule aid you flip fats into muscle and lose a few weight. That is not dangerous both. Being toned and company is bigger than bony and vulnerable.
