Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce. I put it on pizza (I first had Thai pizza at Willow Street WFP).
Ajvar. Roasted ground-up red bell peppers with eggplant and chili peppers. Use it like hot salsa: as a dip or on omelets, etc. I first tried this on a lark because they were out of the brand of Baba Ghanouj that I liked.

Hummus. Roasted ground-up chickpeas with tahini.

Blue Cheese Dressing with just a touch of Yellow Mustard. Ever since I was a teen, this was what the "cool kids" used instead of Ranch.
Chinese Hot Mustard. Just a bit. Whooo.
HP sauce. The British equivalent to katsup.
Sweet Pickled Ginger. It's not just for Sushi anymore. Goes great with fish and in spicy sweet sauces.
Salsa. I use it instead of fresh tomato or katsup.

condiment? or commandment? you see a condiment is a flavoring such as ketchup or mustard etc.
but if you are talking about a commandment - the only one that would assure that you follow all the other ones would be to love your God with all your heart.

Ranch dressing. Good for baked potatos, french fries, salads, raw veggies, licking off your finger.....
WAIT! Stop the presses! How could I have forgotten my new love, Nutella? Hazelnut-chocolate spread.....sorry but not even ranch dressing can beat that. I'd follow Nutella anywhere.....
