She will be setting herself up for failure if she attempts to lose that much weight in such a short period of time.
If she is going to remain healthy and become healthier, she needs to embark on a better nutritional program as well as exercise plan.
Be a good friend and make sure her plan is sound.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

You didn't say how old your friend is, so I will assume she is a teenager like yourself. First of all, she is right. She needs to lose about 100 pounds. Dr.s call that Morbidly Obese. They aren't just being mean. People who are 100 pounds overweight are at greater risk for diabetes and all sorts of other health problems including problems with their skeleton. It is NOT made to carry that weight all the time.
The good news is that she is young and will have a higher metabolism than old folks like me. The bad news is that habits which got her into this fix are hard to break.
But here goes.....
First she must drink only water. No sodas, no coffee, no tea. Actually, weight loss is not really inhibited by coffee and tea, but it is enhanced by water. She MUST drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. That would be 2 quarts. It is easier to do if she gets herself a 1 quart glass and drinks on that until it is gone. It is easier to see one's progress, you just have to do that twice a day. It is also easier if the water is NOT full of ice. It takes some getting used to, but room temperature water is easier to drink.
Next, there can be NO desserts, no cake, no pie, no ice cream, and so on.
She should also eliminate fats from her diet. That includes mayonaise, all salad dressing except fat free or very low fat, fat meat of course, butter, and all dairy products except low fat cottage cheese and skimmed milk. No chicken skin, it is full of fat.
Now the good part, she really needs to eat. No starvation and No going hungry. There is no better way to insure failure than to go hungry. She won't last a day. Lean meat or eggs, 4 oz. or 2 eggs at breakfast, 6 oz. at lunch, and 6 oz. at dinner. Chicken which has been roasted, not fried. Fish about 5 times a week, and liver once a week. Limit beef to three meals a week. Hard Cheese can be substituted for meat, but only 1/2 as much (3 oz. at lunch instead of 6 oz. of meat).
Three slices of bread a day and 4 fruits. By fruit, I mean a medium apple, 2 slices of canned pineapple, an orange, small grapefruit or 1/2 a large grapefruit.
Pretty much all the green leafy vegetables, carrots, celery, broccolli, cauliflower, lettuce, cabbage and vegetable like that she pleases. Peas and beans should be limited. Beans and Legumes could be substituted for meat.
A small baked potato or a comparable size serving of steamed rice can be substituted for a slice of bread, once a day.
Your friend should go for a walk once or twice a day. It will take a little time to figure it out, but she should walk for about 30 minutes each time and should be damp with presperation by the end of 15 minutes. If she finds that she cannot go for 30 minutes, then she should slow down until she can make it. But continue to work at going further and faster as she gets used to the routine. By the end of the first month, your friend should be going at least a mile in the 30 minutes. If she finds that she can do more then she should.
What I have described is roughly what the Weight Watcher's Program amounts to.
I doubt that 100 pounds could be lost this way in 3 months, but if she keeps this up, the world will be impressed with her. In addition, her complexion will improve, she will feel better, and be happier. Pimples are sorely aggravated by fat in the diet.
Let me know how she does.

Thats actually way too much weight for her to try to lose in 3 months. 100lbs over 11 months is much healthier, but I know how it is to want to get it off fast. When I lost my weight, I used ephedrine, which is bad I know (passing out, heart palpitations). But there is this new diet called the Kimkins Diet.. it's a variation on the Atkins diet. A lady who was about 250lbs created it herself. Breakfast can consist of two eggs, 1/4th cup of salsa, and a slice of canadian bacon, or a protein shake. Snacks: one boiled egg, 2 ounces of chicken or turkey, or 1 stick of skim milk string cheese. Lunch will consist of chicken, turkey or seafood, steamed veggies or salad, but no croutons, cheese, and all the yummy stuff. And keep the dressing lite, or use a combo of olive oil and vinegar. Dinner, she can make stir fry with veggies(red bell pepper, onions), and lean pork or chicken or a turkey burger with steamed spinach. Dessert: one sugar free popsicle or 1 half cup of sugar free jello. Stick to mainly veggies and meat. But make sure to tell her to take a multivitamin, so that what she doesnt take in from carbs, she can get from the vitamins. Drink a lot of water, and go for 30 minute walks as often as she can. The pounds will melt, she'll gain so much energy, her skin and hair will look and feel better, and she'll feel like a million bucks.

I don't think that is possible, even people who have had gastric bypass can't lose 100 in 3 months. Plus if you do, you run the risk of having sagging skin because you lost weight too quickly that your skin did not bounce back. Buts that not to say that she shouldn't try to be heathly. 10 - 20lbs should be a good monthly goal. She might lose a lot of weight at first due to fuilds, but don't think you will drop that many each month. Just diet and excerise. There are extreme diets, like fasting or cleansing - stuff like slimfast or medifast.

You don't. That's insane.
Losing 100 pounds in 3 months would be losing more than 30 pound a month, which is VERY unhealthy.
Tell her to get real and to stop dreaming. Adapt a new lifestyle and go from there. Don't put yourself on such a high goal that it's impossible to reach.
Tell her to focus on loving 20 pounds in the next 3 months.
