You do not say how old you are, but I shall assume that you are 13-14?
You are old enough to know that boys at that age are curious about what lies up that skirt and wants to see what parts are different from his.
Here is what you do, first off sit down when you can, he can't see up your skirt that way. Then after class, approach the teacher and let him or her know what this boy is doing. I can assure you that they will not be pleased with this behavior!
If the teacher does nothing, go to your counselor or principal, and tell them how you feel about the boy doing this. If all else fails, tell your parents and they can go to the school and clear it up.

well these guys sound like major perverts and mega immature. i'm in 8th grade too so i know what its like to be around major losers. the trick is to make sure your not completely near them. don't give them any chance to look up ur skirt. and nobody can change the fact that guys do this, so your best bet is to stay away from them at all costs.

Ok, that's gross. Just talk to him and say, I don't like it when you look up my skirt, and don't bother me any more. If he gets more bothersome, tell an adult (parent, teacher, etc.) If he's a decent guy, he'll realize that it's wrong...

tell an authority EVERY time he does it. every time, tell him to stop, and then go tell a teacher or some other authority who can do something about it.
all that means about him is his parents forgot to teach him how to actually respect women. don't stand for such disrespect toward yourself and other girls.
