I'm 5'3" and weigh the same. I used to weigh 10-15 lbs less and I looked way too skinny. Just stay fit, eat healthy, and you'll be fine.

There is this great healthy eating regimen that will help you lose alot of weight if you follow it. Its in spanish so you have use an online translator to translate it for you. you weigh about what you should. just change one thing in your diet or walk for 30 minutes every day to lose weight. like if you drink a lot of Coke or Pepsi or something, don't drink it as much or not at all. water is better for you anyway.

Eat milk and cereal in two meals of the day.
Eat whatever you want at the third meal, but not more than one plate. Include Fruit and salad in each meal. No chips, and chocolate.

I think your at a perfect weight for your height. But if you're not too happy try dieting...but very simply. Either cut out sugars all together...or bread.

im also 5'3" and im 125. i look great. if your unhappy with your body, try toning it instead of dieting.
