"Ell Suenos Los" It is written on the front of my panties.

That doesn't make any sense at all.

'Ell' is not a Spanish word

"suenos" could be "sueños" = "dreams"

"Los" means "the" when talking about plural masculine persons, animals or things.

My spanish is a little rusty but I'll give it a try. I know "suenos" is "dreams". "Ell" isn't a word in Spanish. Los suenos would be the dreams. I don't know, doesn't make sense to me.

If it´s Spanish it´s incorrect, means nothing!
Sueños in Spanish is "dreams"
El is "he"
Los is "the"
