My girlfriend came home today and found her kitten behind her dresser. She took him out and he collapsed on the floor. He got up and started to walk a few feet but collapsed again. He kept doing this for a few minutes. Now he's laying on the floor unconscious and is having twitching seizures. Is he having a stroke and what should we do?

Why would you need to ask? Take the poor thing to a vet. A kitten should not be having a stroke. It maybe epilepsy, it may have been poisoned or something along those lines, but a vet can test and tell you for sure.

The kittens needs to be at the vet...there are a number of things that could be causing the symptoms you are describing and only a vet is qualified to treat them.

Please get to the vet NOW!!!! He needs medical attention, and if he does not receive it FAST, he will die. If the vet is not open, there should be a 24 hour emergency clinic in your area, check the phone book. GO!!!

take him to the vet immediately. I doubt if its a stroke because of his age, but something is seriously wrong

Take it to the vet immediately. It sounds like it could be feline urological syndrome and the cat will die if you don't act now.

I don't think it will be a stroke, but it's certainly not good. if you do not want to loss him take him to the emergency vet clinic now.

Please bring the kitten to your veterinarian and get it healthy again.

Then find it a home somewhere it has a fighting chance to live a normal life with semi-intelligent owners.

Austin you and your girlfriend are not very bright.
