You have got to be kidding us. You want to sue a truck driver because you were acting blind and walked onto the road. If you are paralyzed, I am sorry for that, but it is your own fault. Why file a fraudulent lawsuit and cause the man to maybe lose his license and living for your own stupidity. If you do, I hope you do not win for the simple fact that you have no conscious.

OK, first of all, your a dumbass, second of all, is this even real? Usually when you get "smashed" by a semi, you don't live to ask stupid questions and take everyones money. So did you blow into a tube to write this question? Because if someone actually wrote this for you then they need some serious help aswell! And if your just looking to see how many assholes there are and how many people would feel bad, you might want to put a question like this in polls and surveys and just ask straight out how many people would save a person that put themselves in their own stupid predicament!

He most definitely is a natural born citizen - he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in August 4, 1961. Hawaii became the 50th state of the USA in August 21, 1959. He was registered at the school in Indonesia using his step-father's surname and religion. But the actual school had children from many different faiths. Barry is short for Barack, it was just a nickname that his family gave to him. If you like conspiracy theories, here's another good one: "Curiously enough, there is no record of McCain's birth in the Panama Canal Zone Health Department's bound birth registers, which are publicly available at the National Archives in College Park. A search of the "Child Born Abroad" records of the U.S. consular service for August 1936 included many U.S. citizens born in the Canal Zone but did not turn up any mention of John McCain."

If you do, I certainly hope the driver finds this question and associates you with it, then countersues your butt off. If the 'accident' was due to your own incompetence, stupidity, and foolishness.. live with it. I'm sorry you were hurt, but you are a true "gem" of an azz to even consider trying to ruin someone else's life for your own gain. Tho I rarely wish anyone harm, I agree with the comments made by previous posters. Man, are you LAME

your were the stupid one to pull the i'm blind act.

Your fault.

I'm sure that driver feels horrible about having hit you and i'm sure they have a hard time sleeping, but stop being sue happy just because you were stupid in the first place.

My uncle, and my dad both have been truck drivers. Let me tell you something. Those men worked their a$$ off for a living, and most truck drivers do have to work their a$$ off to do it.

Honestly i hope he sues you, for stupidity, and for the mental angish you've caused him. and the nightmares of the replay of running someone over.

Gee your being paralyzed is pennies in comparison to the daily torment that man must now live.

Thanks douche bag its jackasses like you that make my car insurance so much higher then it should be... That accident was your fault and i hope the driver somehow gets a copy of this if you do sue that way you just admitted guilt and you would get nothing, And also clear that poor drivers name because he probably lost his job for that accident. You ruined two lives with your stupidity yours and his, now you want to profit from it, your a real piece of work. I hate people.

What you did, you did to yourself and what you are doing is trying to get money for a fradulent lawsuit. Reasons such as this is why the rest of us have to pay such high insurance rates. File for disability and medicaid so our taxes will be higher as well!!

I really hope your kidding, that's the stupidest thing I have ever heard. If it is true, you're the one who should be sued...for impersonation, and for the mental anguish you are putting an innocent person through, not to mention that persons loved ones.

if you do, you will probably get counter-sued and loose, it it idiots like you that are driving up insurance and health care costs for the rest of us.

it is selfish to even try to sue someone else for your own stupidity. not to mention you stand no chance of winning since your lawsuit is frivoulus and the driver will have his insurance company and all of their lawyers behind him

I guess in your case stupidity really is painful.
