Okay, I am trying to get a six pack stomach. I am naturally thin (103 at 5'4). I always hear that you have to get rid of the layer of fat first. I don't really have much fat at all. My stomach is mostly flat; just not a visible six pack. Do I still have to loose fat?? Or since I am already thin will crunches etc. be enough?

1] only eat quality foods - no fried, fast, or junk - even diet junk.
I know you are skinny, but girls have to work harder than guys to show muscles.
2] do cardio at least three days a week
3] do 3 sets each of 10-25 reps [ depending where you are at ] of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches, every day.
Increase reps by 5-10 per set every week

You need to build muscle and lose residual fat. Try doing core exercises for a couple of months, work with a trainer who can give you a variety of exercises.

Sit ups are the ticket. Louges holding weights will also be the route.
