The first thing to come to mind, is why? But then there is the double standard, it seems to be okay in society for a woman to beat up a man. Even the police, have a hard time dealing with this type of abuse, and there really is no guidance.
I try always to fight against any double standards, and for the underdog (in this case the poor man, being beaten in public by a woman).
I will call 911, and have the authorities look into it. However, I will also stick around, if it is getting truly out of hand, and I thought his life was threatened, in any way. I most likely would end up getting involved somehow.
Either by detaining one or both, or simply by causing a distraction.

Don't know. I'd think she needed help and he should be able to subdue her. Either that or he really is a jerk to cause a woman to want to beat him down. What did he do???
I feel bad because I just answered a similar question saying any woman can take down a man with the right skill and ability, but with your question I'm thinking "what a punk!" to get beat up by a woman in a parking lot. Grow some... Then on the other hand (depending on why she's beating him up), I'm thinking, "Poor girl. He's not worth the exertion."
Ok, ok, the police should be called. Violence is usually not the best answer, but men and women react with violence for totally different reasons. 9 times out of 10 she is defending herself with only I'm guessing a 1 in 50 chance that she is just some kind of borderline personality.

^ The truth is we have a double standard, but whether it's a man beating a woman or a woman beating a man, wrong is wrong, and I would call the police.
When a man beats a woman, we see it as this horrible beast, how could he do such a despicable thing.
When a woman beats a man, sometimes people believe he deserves it after all he's a man and can fight back. What people forget is that man could be innocent and/or was taught never to hit a woman.

I wish I had the time to catalogue all the answers and correlate the person answering to their answers regarding the Bible as a standard for moral conduct.
I’m thinking that the upright “moral atheists” are the ones answering this question saying they would laugh, watch the show, help the woman beat the guy up or just mind their own business.

I realize a lot of these answers are in jest but it's sad to see how people view this type of situation. Many times when a husband is abused he will allow it to continue because he is taught never to strike a woman and refrains from defending himself. Then they are too afraid to speak out because of the social stigma attached...

Well, unless you knew the reason I would leave it alone, I find that it is better not to interfere with other peoples problems. Now if you saw it and noticed that the man did nothing wrong call the police.

call the police, same as if you saw a man beating a women' he deserves protection from assault too.
Lots of research shows that men suffer domestic violance but are too ashamed to report it

She may have a good reason of fighting him, but I would see what the problem was and try to break it up. Call 911 if I couldn't break it up .

I'd mind my own business...maybe place an anonymous police call if it was starting to look really brutal. I don't get involved in Wal-Mart parking lot fights anymore...
