Buy popsicle sticks and glitters and stuff the you can glue onto them, and then make picture frames! That is the best gift!

A picture frame made out of Popsicle sticks, you can glue them together in a square, let the kids color or decorate them and then put a photo in/on it....you could even make 3 of them, attach some decorative string/yarn/ribbon to connect them all and a small loop at the top to make it a hanging frame with a photo of each boy

Get a plain white t-shirt and 3 different colors of fabric paint. Each child chooses their color. Squirt the paint onto a paper plate or something. Each child puts his "hand prints" on the shirt using their color. One year we put hand prints on the front of the shirt & foot prints on the back. Plan ahead of time-you need to let one side dry before you do the other. Also, put waxed paper or newspaper or something inside the shirt to prevent the paint from "bleeding" to the other side. If you have room, they can "write" their names with the fabric paint under their prints. My husband still loves that shirt to this day! (My daughter was young, so I had to pick her up, dip her feet into the paint, and plot her down on the shirt. She had a blast!) Good luck, sounds like you're gonna have fun:)

For my husbands first fathers day I dressed my son up with everything my husband loves, a starbucks shirt, a cigar in one hand (not lit though :) and a cup of "coffee" in the other) and took a cute picture of him dressed up as daddy. I bought a cheapo do it yourself frame at michaels, I painted it and bought some Poker Stickers for scrapbooking and decorated it saying " Just Like Dad"
He loved it, and it was all the thing he likes. Very personal!

Get a picture, have them cut it in the shape of a fish, tape it to a piece of string and tape string to the end of a stick, or dowel rod, or something like that and have them write "hooked on you dad" on the picture, let them draw on the back of the pic or put hand print or whatever.

My childcase class is all 2 year olds and we are taking wood frames and they are gluing on "dad" die cuts and stickers (think fishing, golf, etc) and then i am going to take a footprint from each child and frame it with a poem that says:
"Walk a little slower, Daddy," said a child so small.
"I walking in your footsteps and I don't want to fall."
I hope that helps
