Jogged on the spot for 50 minutes, how much did I burn? I'm never going anywhere near spice cake in my life again lol

Depends on how fast you where going, your weight, your age. If you where going about 5.5 mph, light jog, and weigh around 230-240 you would burn about 800-900 calories. If you weighed less than you would burn less.
