Was hoping for Childress - but, I'll always be a fan - I'll still follow him....

I'm no Jr fan but I respect him as a person.I don't think he will get the satisfaction he wants with HMS.He may win,but who wouldn't in their cars.He should go to Ginn and help build it into a contender like his father did with Childress Racing. Not taking away from Jeff,Jimmie,Kyle and Casey, but any decent driver will win at Hendrick Motorsports.

No, Hendrick Motorsports has a tradition of winning championships and races, neither of which Jr. is very good at. Jr. will be gone from HMS and begging RCR for a ride within 3 years.

If he likes crooks and thieves he'll like Hendrick:
"Charlotte car dealer and NASCAR team owner Rick Hendrick has been indicted by a federal grand jury on a conspiracy charge, one count of mail fraud and 13 counts of money laundering. The charges are part of a national case that began in 1994 alleging that Honda dealers offered bribes for preferential treatment to acquire auto dealerships. According to the indictment, Hendrick participated in an alleged conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering, to pay bribes to Honda executives. Hendrick owns more than 60 Honda dealerships. His attorney released a statement saying Hendrick will plead not guilty."

I am not a big fan of junior, I am a big fan of his dad so I decided to stick with his car after he died and I now root for Harvick (I named my dog Harvick). Even though junior isn't my number 1 driver I have always wanted him to succeed. If it is true, he has joined the "evil empire" of Nascar (no i am not a Redsox fan either) though it does remind me of Johnny Damon leaving the sox for the Yankees. I do think he will lose a lot of fans because of this, but not enough that he loses his most popular driver status. For me, he will join Gordon, Johnson, Rousch Racing and the Busch brothers as the drivers that I boo at the racetrack. As for the die-hard Dale Sr. fans, us RCR fans welcome you back with open arms.

No! Hendrick is to much in control. He would never put up with the cry-baby brat's temper-tantrums. Then again it might help the brat get over him-self.

I was hoping he would come to Hendricks ever since he announced his departure from DEI. That team will be one force to reckon with !

Yes. He will fit right in. Im wondering if driving Kyles car when Kyle left the track has something to do with his decision.

YEAH... it would be because HENDRICK MOTOR SPORTS DOMINATES... but i hope he doesnt and i dont think it would happen.. i would bet money on it.. but who knows..

HE NEEDS TO GO TO JOE GIBBS BECAUSE HIM AND TONY WOULD BE GOOD TEAMMATES.. EVEN THOUGH I DONT CARE FOR JR.. EVERYONE HAS THEIR PICKS AND THATS WHATS COOL ABOUT THE SPORT.. EVEN THOUGH JEFF GORDON IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
