stop talking to that person all together and you wont have to hear it.

by you making the person laugh or by you giving the person what he wants or just smack the person a couple of times that could work.. No no I'm messing with you just try to talk and if don't work put too cotton balls in your ears and don't listen.
Or just give in a treat maybe!!!
