What do you think would happen to you if you were found to be in Mexico (or any other country) illegally? (you have seen them burning our flag, haven't you?)
They'd probably shoot your a** or send you and your entire family back to where you came from (my guess is they'd shoot you) without the blink of an eye. So why do people criticize Americans for doing it?
If you are here illegally, YOU ARE HERE ILLEGALLY!
Get over it! Do it right like the rest of us have. Stop messing up our country like you did to yours - or fix yours and stay out of ours.

1) The children could be sent home with their parents.
2) The children could stay, and be raised in foster care or state-run orphanages.
Which would you prefer? The children did not "ask" to be born, but no one "asked" the parents to break the law, come here, refuse to use birth control OR abstinance, senselessly have a baby, then expect the country they entered illegally keep them and the child.
What if an American couple did this in most of the world? Most likely they would be shot on sight, and the child taken and raped, sold into slavery - whether industrial or sexual, and/or killed. Many such "illegal immigrant" children in parts of Asia are dying of AIDS acquired in brothels.
Sending the kids back to their parents country of origin isn't the worst that's done in the world.

Wars aren't nice, and what you are implying is that the illegal aliens are having a war against the USA citizens. You are doing this when you start talking about Americans who "oppressed" blacks and fought against the Indians.
As far as what happens to the kids the ONLY one who is to blame are the PARENTS who brought them here. Don't like it? GROW UP, because that is the way that the world works!
If this was Mexico, the kids probably would have been raped and killed.

What some all of us is refusing to appreciate is, no person needs human beings back here illegally. they could grow to be electorate like all of us else and are available here. the issue is that there are already tens of millions of unlawful immigrants so the important question is, what do you do with unlawful immigrants already here? we will not discover all of them to deport, and that expenses US money.

Should our children be punished with overcrowded classrooms on year round schedules with emergency credentialed teachers? Should our own children have their programs cut to fund ESL and intervention for the children of those illegally here? Because that is what is happening in areas where illegals concentrate.
Their children are not more important than our own.\
The reason there is so much anger on the AMERICAN side of this issue is that the very real problems caused to our own people are being totally ignored in this debate.

That's their parents promblem to deal with. Not mine and I am tired of them over crowding our schools and education being stollen away from the tax paying citizens children. Having children for them is their way of free loading. They start out witht their anchor baby and never stop!

They should be considered for citizenship above anyone else.Like kids from all over they don't make the choices that affect them, their parents do.How could we send kids to a country that is basically a foreign country to them? That would be the same thing as sending a child to prison because their parent did something illegal. If people don't have empathy for these kids God help us as a nation because we have become infidels like the Muslim extremists claim.

Punishment is not the issue. There is a waiting line to get into the U.S. People who cut should be sent to the back of the line. Fair is fair. It's no one's right to enter the U.S. It is a privilege, which should be taken away from those who cannot respect it.

Well dear, who is supposed to take care of them here? If they were born here they are an american citizen. But, if they were brought here after birth, they have to return to the country of their birth with their family. It is probably best they stay with their family anyway. They will learn their own language, tradition and culture that way.
