Hopefully you could run the 3.1 miles in about 21-22 minutes.

i know i run a 2:12 800 and a 5:38 mile
and my 5k time is at about 18-19 minutes XC so i can see its about a 40 second per mile slower pace i would guess you are about a 25-27 minutes

i run 2:23 for the 800 and run !19:20 for the 3.1 run indoor outdoor and XC track. ur time would probably be about 24-25 because my fiend runs the same exact times

It's almost impossible to tell. They're two COMPLETELY different events. But I would guess that your 5k time would be either pretty decent or worse than that. It's tough to say how much worse

You realy can't tell from your 800 you might be an endurance runner or a sprinter it would be easyer with your mile.

About 18-20 minutes if you keep the same pace.

I would say that even though you did well in the eight hundred, you might not do so well in long distance.
