i dont know
i know i run a 2:12 800 and a 5:38 mile
and my 5k time is at about 18-19 minutes XC so i can see its about a 40 second per mile slower pace i would guess you are about a 25-27 minutes

It's almost impossible to tell. They're two COMPLETELY different events. But I would guess that your 5k time would be either pretty decent or worse than that. It's tough to say how much worse

I would say that even though you did well in the eight hundred, you might not do so well in long distance.
