You'd have to study what a typical passover meal in 1st Century Jerusalem, Judaea was.
The account mentions bread (unleavened) and wine, but it would follow the instructions for passover back in Exodus.

Doubtless they had fish suppers up at Galilee.

No so fast, pork chop.
The Last Supper was a traditional Seder meal, in celebration of the Jewish Passover.
Google "Seder" and you'll find the menu.
Fish is NOT on it.

"Midge" and "Noble Angel" are correct.
