I have had a reacurring rash in 3 area's of my body for the last 3 months, Side of my ankle, back of my forearm, and hip. Today I went to put hydrortisone, and noticed that it's not just in those 3 area's anymore, it is all over my butt and other area's of my body. I took an antihistamine liq. but it just stop my urge to scratch , which I know it bad.
This rash only occures right before my period and goes away within the first 3 - 5 days of my period. The rash is flat,red and hot than the rest of my skin. They can be the size of a pin to a quarter to huge patches, they are not raised. I have called my Gyn,PCP, and Now going to the Derm Dr. Help me,

Sounds like it may be candida overgrowth...especially if it's exacerbated by your menstrual cycle. Candida is especially prominent right before and during this time. There are tests you can do though I'm not sure what. Also, try cutting out or atleast down on your sugar intake and processed foods and see if that helps. Best of luck to you.

they are connected to the period somehow =perhaps this is one of your symptoms=let us know when you find out okay
