I think in modern English it would sound like this: You can doubt that the stars are fire, you can doubt that the sun moves, you think the truth is actually a lie, but never doubt your love.

I take it your wondering about the last line, and I take it to mean, don't second guess if you love someone.

Pretty much the person is saying "You can doubt anything else you want, even things that are obvious and will never change, but you can't doubt how much I love you"

It means that you can doubt all of those things, (which were at time time believed to be true) but never doubt that I love you.
