You need to go to the vet.

There's just no point in putting random eye drops in your dog's eyes if you don't know what the problem is. If it's an infection you will need antibiotics eye drops, which aren't available for animals without prescription.

Furthermore, you should never use human medication of any kind on an animal. Go to the vets.

NO DONT USE anything thats not perscribed is there anything in the eye have a cat scrached it either way take him to the vet this prob can cause loss of the eye

From your description it can't be known if it is just a mild irritation or something else.An eyewash could be helpful but a vet would be the one to help you.
