They were cheap and cute. Plus they are new balance. If I put the Dr.Scholes(the gel thing that you put in your shoes)will that help me?

I have some gel things like that in my shoes and it really does help a lot.

Running shoes are not fit for XC training. Walking is completely different than running long distances for hours a week. Most likely, you could ruin your nice walking shoes and get an injury. Buy a pair of shoes just for XC. =)

There is a difference between good walking shoes and good running shoes. The insoles will help, and walking will help, but if you want to train well you should get running shoes to run in.

plz do anything but run in those walking shoes may i suggest ascis fo xc training
