Frankly I don't think fruit or vegetables will harm you or your baby in any way. When I was pregnant with my daughter I craved green. any green vegetable I could find. My husband and I went to the farmers market and found fresh spinach on sale. Boy I went hog wild and bought 8 bunches and cooked them all that evening. Before dinner was done I had "tasted" them until I couldn't scoop a whole spoonful out of the pot for anyone else in the family for thier dinner. But my daughter was a beautiful 7lb 22in healthy baby and has grown into a smart lady and she happens to love spinach. So I say go for it!! As long as it is healthy food that God put on this earth for our nutrition it can't hurt.

Manoges contain a lot of antioxidants which are very beneficial for you and baby. They are also fat-free! You couldn't ask for a better snack to crave! Eat up sister and enjoy it while you can!!

I don't see a problem with it. When you are pregnant you should eat what you crave. I did! With my first it was Chinese food and Oysters! With the second, I just couldn't get enough spicy hot pickles. Just watch your calorie and sodium intake. As long as you are active, eat what you want.
