i just download Windows Movie Maker Winter Fun Pack 2003 im looking for something similar

there are lots of ways there are free addons on the microsoft site or just search there is a creativity pack and winter fun pack, and there is really easy xml stuff so just go on windowsmoviemakers.net and if u search the forums there are xml codes for like explosions and 360 matrix stuff lots more it sounds hard but its not at all i do it all the time u just save in to the addons folder from notebook and there if u need help ask me also there are a lot better free download programs with lightning and more) so email me if its too hard or if u want some good forum links(for the xml) and there are other addons like adorage and pip(picture in picture) on the microsoft site

I'm not sure that there is such a thing. Considering that it is a Microsoft program, I suggest that you check their website.
