Okay, to start, I am well endowned. Almost 8 1/2.
I have been with 3 girls over a few years, all numerous times.
the first two never complained about my performence, but talking with my current girlfriend...she isnt getting as much out of it as she would like.
People always make a big deal about having a big wang, but any tips on how to make it more pleasurable for her?

I think it is less reliance on size and more on involvement. Perhaps play some kind of cosplay or fantasy sequence

Most girls don't complain about performance because they don't want to hurt a guys ego. Most women NEVER say anything which is why there are so many married women out there who have never had an orgasm. Ask her what SHE likes. Tell her to get on top and do her own thing and if she doesn't like it, then it's her fault. People on yahoo answers don't know what kink your girlfriend is looking for in bed. Size matters but it's not the only thing that matters. If it's big and you don't know what to do with it, it's just a waste in my opinion.

Ask her what she would enjoy and expierement from there. Maybe she needs more clitoris stimulation or hard deep penetration. I personally like to start things off slow and comfortable working into a passionate session then ending with a hard deep penetration that takes both of us over the edge for the last round. Size can matter, but technique is often the best solution to pleasing your mate.

well dude i'm with you on the 8 1/2 but it's not just about size. if it were then life's be a lot easier for some people... and a lot worse for others. i know girls who prefer the guy their having sex with to be under 7 and thicker, or someone with more experience, some girls are more orally stimulated, so if you cant pleasure her through sex, try oral, or mutual masturbation, the best way to pleasure her though is just having an upfront talk with her about it, asking questions and after sex talking about it, it'll help

It is not size. Everyone said that it is about how you use it... but take it from experience. Its not only how you use it but how you use everything, Sex and arrousal comes from your brain. Foreplay is much more important than most anything else. You should be able to have her arroused before she even gets to that part of your body. Your eyes, the way you kiss, the things you say to her, the way you touch her arm or shoulder. The way you treat her in general. The size of your "tool" is minimal importance. Use everything. Hell a good tongue is better than a huge ****.

It may be that the simple ways like deep penetration and all that is not doing it for her. Have her try riding you this may help because when a women rides you they will tend to stimulate their clitoris. This will help her because maybe she need clitoral stimulation to have an orgasm I would say a good 50-60% of ladies are like this. Like they say size doesn't matter as long as you have the skills to use what you have.
Good luck and just experiment.

Girls for the most part don't care about the size of your tool. They love a good lover. Use your mouth and your hands well and they will come back every time.

It's not the size --- it's the way you use it. Try different positions.
