First of all you don't need to reinvent yourself. You were made special. You can't run from who you are. You getting easily offended and having difficulties concentrating actually sound like a medical condition. Your chemicals or hormones may be out of balance. You may just need a medicine that helps balance out your chemicals and some counseling or a life coach. You may feel lost because you do not see a purpose in your life. There is a book called Purpose Driven Life that may help also. The problem isn't who you are. It sounds like you just need help changing some emotional habits and need to find your true purpose in life. Also you took alot of years becoming who you are now you can't expect to be the best of yourself in just a day.

First off: Get a therapist. If you don't know HOW to change, or to make it stay changed, you need an expert to help you out. This will be the biggest thing you can do for yourself.
And if you've been with the person, say, maybe, 4 times and it doesn't seem like it is working, try a different therapist. (I am thinking you may need a therapist who does "cognitive"-type therapy.)
Here's a quicky idea: Think one TINY little thing you want to change. Say, for instance, you have a friend who keeps making "fat" jokes and you want them to stop it. Tell yourself that next time they make a "fat" joke, you will make yourself say, "That's not nice. I don't like 'fat' jokes." (If they start badgering you about it, repeat "I don't like 'fat' jokes." If they try to get you to say more, at this point just walk away and say nothing more.)
Now do this for 6 weeks straight. (I believe it take 6 weeks for a new habit to take hold. And for people to see you different than what you were.)
After that tiny thing is fixed, go for another tiny thing and change that one.

God loves you, and you are precious to Him. Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation, and qualifying us to Heaven. Get connected to Him by sincere repentance and faith, and your life will have peace, joy, hope and meaning. Life on earth is short and uncertain, Heaven is wonderful beyond descriptions, forever without end. Never, never, miss Heaven for anything of this troubled world. Best wishes for happiness and Heaven!

i need a bit more information because it seems that you could be comparing yourself to another person or celebrity? because if its a celebrity, those people have payed consultants that tell them what specifically wrong with them and all the photos they take are AIR-BRUSHED.
i don't know what else to say
