Wow marriage at 13. That was a normal practice many years ago. That when a man and a women where of breeding age they could marry. Since that was in the early BC years when the Romans ruled the land. Our society has grown to a civilized state and our laws say no you can not be married. I would like to ask you a couple of questions; Are you in love or are you confusing the emotional state you have after having sex as love? Can you distinguish the emotional state of lust from love? I would also challenge you to look at would you could do to support one another emotionally and physically. Marriage is the most sought after and failed institutions of our society. Uh... no. Not in any state that I am aware of. Possibly with both parent's consent, but I think that you have to be 16, even then. Why would you want to get married?

No. You are to young by almost all state laws. The ones that might let you would require parental concent for both of you.

My son is 12. If he was thinking about marriage at his age I'd be furious. You are barely in middle-school. Concentrate on your school work and your friends. You are way too young to be thinking of marriage.
