Say "Nos lavamos las manos antes de comer" because since you have used the reflexive pronoun "nos" it is already clear you are talking about something you are doing to yourselves. The only time you would need to specify whose hands they were is if you were washing some one else's hands.

Nos lavamos las manos antes de comer.
There is no need to say nuestras as by saying "nos" it is understood you are talking about "our" hands.
How do you feel? = ¿Cómo te sientes?

The second one. Anytime you are refering to a body part, you say "it" not "my."
La cabeza (not mi cabeza)
Los pies (not tus pies)
etc.
To feel is "sentir."
