Why do people clash constantly about any little bitty thing?
Because everyone would like to be right or at least learn how they are wrong.

Why do people argue about if God exist or does not?
Because it is important.

Why do people fight about who is right and who is wrong?
To allow those who are wrong to learn. Also those who are right get to make the decisions.

Who is better, who is worse?
Personal choice

Why the wars, reasonless? 2 separate questions...
Why wars? To gain power
Why reasonless? Ignorance

Why? Why? Why? Never quit asking and apply that mode of questioning to EVERY aspect of your life.

Hi Meriam,

You are correct. We all should be nicer while we belittle each other's belief systems. Seriously though, we should all strive to eliminate words like 'stupid' from our postings and replace them with 'illogical' or something less offensive. Name-calling is usually indicative of an argument not having enough merit to defend itself.

As for why people speculate on God's existence? That's the BIG question baby! That's what fires us up. The desire for answers, or at least thinking up the right questions that might lead to answers. Good luck in your quest for meaning and understanding. That is why we are all here.

Is it not better to place a question mark upon a problem while seeking an answer than to put the label "God" there and consider the matter closed?

While I don't call people names in here and answer as calmly as I can muster, it's illogical to assume everyone is going to answer in a way that will tickle and amuse our egos. Just generate a calmer mind about other people's comments and opinions, and voila... no more buttons to push.
