My dance class needs to raise $40,000 dollars?! I need some links that will get me to a site that a shop gives charitable donations to organizations!

If your dance class doesn't have a 501(c)3 charitable designation, and I'd guess it doesn't, contributions won't be tax-deductible so you can't really call them charitable donations, and aren't likely to get donations except from people you know.

Have a fund raiser of some kind.
check with local banks and larger businesses that have funding for these things.
It would be VERY RARE that someone will just hand you 40,000 it is more likely to accumulate from various business that would benefit from seeing you ie: there logo in relation to the dance group.
