The Traditional Grace:
Bless us, O Lord, and these your gifts which we are about to receive from your bounty through Christ, our Lord. Amen
or one I like to use:
God our Father, we thank you for this food. Bless those who helped get this food to us and those who helped prepare this food. Bless those who are without food today as well. We ask this through Christ, our Lord. Amen

Thank you forces of natural selection for letting us enjoy this meal. I am grateful that I possess the ability to strive on in this beautiful world. Many thanks to the animals and plants that came together to provide me with this meal. I respect all life.
