You are too young to actually be "dieting" but here is some helpful information that will help you lose some of the weight you want WITHOUT dieting:
Stop drinking carbonated drinks (this means ALL of them.. from Diet Coke to Mountain Dew and everything in between)
Replace THOSE drinks with TONS of water... like 4-5 16 oz bottles of water PER DAY!
Simply doing those two things will help you drop pounds QUICK and you wont have to diet!! I am the same height and weighed 161 lbs after I had my 2nd child... I simply did that and I lost 40 lbs!! I am now at 121 lbs and feeling GREAT!!
Plus cutting out the carbonation makes you a LOT less "bloated" too which will help you look better in those summer clothes! :)
Just remember that you are BEAUTIFUL anyway!! 128 lbs is NOT big and you certainly dont want to get into the vicious cycle of dieting!! Just start NOW by eating healthy and making sure you stay active... your metabolism should do the rest!
If you DO want some advice on HOW to eat... dont eat HUGE portions at ALL.... simply eat small "snack like" meals throughout the day! ALWAYS eat breakfast (because it will kick start your metabolism first thing in the morning)! Then eat a small snack at 10, lunch around 12, another SMALL snack around 2, again at 4, at 6 and then eat a nice sized dinner!!
By eating every 2 hours you will help your metabolism CONTINUE to burn the calories and fat! By drinking tons of water you will flush out all the unneccesary calories and fats.
I hope this helps... but again... you are young and you are beautiful and dont let ANYONE make you feel any differant!!!

I located the publication to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however often) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it could scare the residing daylights out of me in view that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've on no account bought whatever like this earlier than in view that they're most commonly filled with trash, however 3WD has been a nice shock. Get began at present!

I know you've heard this before but cut out junk food, soda and sweets and eat healthy foods in moderation plus do some sort of workout even if it's 1/2 hour of walking a day 3 x a week. You're young and you have a month and 1/2. You might not lose all of the 13 lbs but you'll be doing it the right way. Good luck.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

crap you dont have to loose weight! but anyways I'm 16 and I lost 15 pounds by going hardcore at the YMCA like i'd spend 3 hrs a day and go with the plan they gave me which was: do 15-30 mins of cardio, do all the weightlifting, then another 30 mins of cardio (like walking on treadmill or w/e) and surprisingly it actually stayed off, like no matter what i ate lol I guess it was just all the baby fat or something but it took like a month or two so you have to be patient

It may sounds gross, but baby food has only about 80 calories a jar and its pretty much a whole meal.
In the beginning of December, I weighed 150, (I'm 14), and after eating baby food for a few months, (plus normal diet and excersize), I weigh about 130.

Why is 115 the magic number? If you have healthy eating habits and do some type of exercise 3-5 times weekly, your body will respond.
