I am suppose to bring a side dish to a potluck tomorrow and the host is serving chili dogs. What would be a good side dish to bring?

Well, I am also going to add baked beans as a suggestion. Here's my recipe.
Sorry I dont have exact measurements.
Baked Beans
4 or 5 cans of campbells pork and beans then add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, chopped onion, karo syrup, and lil smokies and bake them in the oven for 35-45 minutes at 350'. Talk about delicious.
Sometimes i use beef smoked sausage or kielbasa pieces instead of the lil smokies. =0)

Chili and cornbread is the main suitable yet, if that's uninteresting, you may make chili-cheese omelets, with toast. Or serve with Potato Parmesan Sticks; Potato Parmesan Sticks 2 lbs medium sized potatoes (unpeeled, if needed) a million/2 cup melted butter 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese a million/4 tsp garlic powder a million/4 tsp black pepper 3/4 tsp salt a million. decrease potatoes lengthwise into quarters, then decrease each and each quarter into 3 strips. Roll in melted butter, then in mix of last aspects. 2. place in a shallow pan (9x13) or on a cookie sheet in one layer. Pour on last butter. 3. Bake at 4 hundred for 30-35 minutes.

Spiced Potato (I am assuming that you are using about 8 potatoes)

1. Take 1 large onion and chop it up (about 2 cm per piece)
2. Heat up a skillet/any type of pot you like and add the onions in some cooking oil
3. Cook for about 5 mints
4. Add pepper, and a can of salsa
5. Add about a cup of yogurt and a cup of boiling water
6. Cook for about 15 mints
7. Check if the potatoes are done
8. As soon as the potatoes are done add some chopped ginger, 1 chopped bell pepper, 2 large tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Cover the pot for about 10 mints to steam the pepper and tomatoes
9. ENJOY

Potato Salad - not the mayonaisse based type. There is a recipe for a good one on the cooksillustrated website. It uses small red potatoes, olive oil, scallions, bacon bits and cheese I think. It works VERY well at room tempature.

French Fries with salsa spiced mayo for dipping, onions optional....First dip you fry in the salsa/mayo mixture, then dip that into some chopped onions...eat and enjoy...the only thing is that you can't all that easily take it to someone else's home....in lieu of the fry's, a healthy alternative would be cut up vegie's with the salsa dip

French fries, Onion rings, something junk food like, I got it my favorite. Chili dogs with Doritos, or with french fries, cause the chili can go on every one.

Well, my first answer would be french fries/tater tots, etc., but they won't travel, so unless you're going to make them at your friends house here are some other suggestions:

Various Chips: Potato, Corn (i.e. Fritos), Tortillas (different colors maybe)

Maybe raw veggies & dip to balance things out:
