First three, yes.
Elimination of extremes: In principle, it's a good idea, but I don't know how it could be enforced.
Independent investigation: independent of what? It's a nice sounding idea, but too vague.
universal education: yes
religious tolerance: if you mean allowing people freedom of belief and choice, yes. if you mean that people should be that all beliefs are equally valid, no, because this is self-contradictory
Harmony: I believe they do.
Commonwealth and Language: nice ideas, but unworkable

Sounds good except you still have to believe in an imaginary god and that Bahá’u’lláh was his Extra Speshul Magickal Prophet for it to work. Why not just drop the god delusion and live a decent AND intellectually honest life?

I know that all of those things are what I believe in. I'm a spiritualist with a tendancy toward wicca. However, I believe firmly that everyone has the right to believe however they choose, so long as it harms no other and you strongly believe your views may help humanity somehow.

All I can say is, if you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. Honestly, this looks like it's just that. When you don't have standards/boundaries, everything is game. What you are saying sounds ideal, but in reality, it's not possible.

Those ideas sound good to me. Then again, I'm a free thinker so I can believe whatever I want.
