I don't believe people when they say they don't remember something or couldn't control their actions when they were drunk...

I've been beyond drunk... but never once didn't have control of my decisions. It's every persons fault that's involved. If there was no consent then it's rape

First of all are you drunk while writing this, cause it's really all over the place...try to convey a smooth running thought.

Ok-if you are drunk to a point where you are no longer capable of making a decision for yourself & someone engages in a sexual act w/o your permission. In my OPINION that would be considered rape & wrong. This would be the guys fault for taking ADVANTAGE of a situation where you were UNABLE to concent to the act.

The only thing the "girl" did getting too drunk was using poor judgement. The "guy" in this scenero is a rapist.

If you were drunk and consented, then maybe it is ok. It is no one's fault. If you did NOT consent, however, then it is rape. If anyone has sex with you without your consent, it is rape. Period.

Either way, the girl in question had better watch their drinking. If someone is so drunk that they don't remember what happened, then they drank too much. It is VERY dangerous.

That depends. It's your fault for drinking so much. However with the rest if you were passed out and he took advantage it is clearly his bad. However if you were awake, drunk, and receptive it sounds like it's probably both of your faults, and you experienced a "black out" so you don't remember.

You are responsible for your own actions, even when you are drunk, if someone consents to sex while drunk, but doesn't remember it the next day, my advice is not to get so damn drunk.

Well, its your fault for getting drunk. But its their fault for taking advantage of you. So basically its both of you two's fault.

this is the oldest excuse in the world...i was drunk...he took advantage..also it is a low thing to take advantage of anyone who is high or intoxicated to have your way with them...men or women..lots of women use alcohol to seduce men too...so it goes both ways...both parties are at wrong...two wrongs don't make right

it takes 2 to tango. its not one persons fault, its hers for getting that drunk and wanting to have sex but isnt gutsy enough to do it sober when she most likely wants to. and its his for taking advantage and also for not explaining things sober. you cant forget it happened every time if it was a one time thing then maybe thats all it will ever be.
