According to Judaism, possibly both, depending on how evil the nazi was.
Christians like to make lots of rules about who can go to their heaven. Based on the types they let in, I would not want to be there anyway.

The christian answer would be the Nazi (assuming he killed the jew for christian reasons - like because he was a jew).

Fortunately, the real answer is neither because the spiritual Candyland doesn't exist.

If the Nazi was repentant for the murder and he truly believed in Christ he would go to heaven. The Jew would not.
