The lip piercing can be pierced with a glass quartz retainer to hide it. They can probably pierce your nose with a quartz glass nostril retainer also. Acrylic is bad for fresh piercings. Unfortunately the bridge piercing will be extremely hard to hide. I'm not sure if there are any retainers for the bridge or not. You should probably ask your piercer about the options of hiding your piercings. They will know about it. If you take the piercings out to early you risk infection and scarring.

Healing Time:
Lip: 6-8 weeks up to a year to fully heal
Nostril: 2 months up to a year to fully heal
Bridge: 4 to 6 months up to a year to fully heal

If you asked a professional piercer, most would definitely say that you need to keep the initial jewelry in until the healing is complete... And the jewelry tends to be surgical steel or titanium, which is very visible. And big, to accomodate for swelling. So to answer your question, I really doubt it would be possible to as such hide any fresh piercing....

Obviously once stuff is healed you could put in retainers, or see-through jewelry, but even then if you were planning on say changing a lipring into a clear one whilst at work, and a "normal" steel one in the evening, you'd probably be in trouble eventually as piercings can get annoyed really easily if you fiddle about with them too much...

A lip piercing takes about a month to heal, it can swell quite a lot for the first week, and even after the swelling's gone you need to wait a few weeks before changing any jewelry.. A nose piercing would probably not swell as much, but still take a few weeks to heal, and a bridge would probably take about 3 weeks at least, and also swell like a b***h.

You would need to get them pierced with a quartz or pyrex retainer. They are clear and will hide the piercings to a certian extent. Remember that they will be red and swollen for up to two weeks after getting pierced. You will not be able to change the jewelry for 10 weeks (lip) and 12 weeks (nose & bridge). Call your piercer before hand to make sure they have the correct retainers in stock.

Full healing for lip piercings is about 8-12 months and for the others about 12 months.

no you cant hide them unless you cover them with bandaids which are bulky and noticeable. plus all day people will be asking you what happend to your face.

lip-2 monthes to heal 1 month b4 you can change jewelry
nose- 2 monthes to heal and 2 monthes before you can change jewelry
bridge aka earl piercing- 6 monthes to one year to heal about 4 monthes before changing jewelry is advised.

one option is placing a clear retainer (clear piece of jewelry designed for certain piercings) in the piercing once it is healed to keep the hole open while keeping the piercing discreet.

No. If you try to take them out, they will close immediately. If you try to put in a retainer your body will eat away at it and your piercing will become infected.

They each take several months to heal. And you cannot take out the jewelry 'til then.

You could get make to make the nose peircing loo like a mole, Lip you cant hide and a bridge is to obvious. Go to a pirecing place like in a mall or something. It takes about a week or to tto be healed.

I don't think you will be able to hide those, unless you stick band aides all over your face.
