- mon coeur est à toi = my heart is yours
- comment t'exprimer tout ce que je ressens ? = how could I tell you all I'm feeling ?
- je t'aime à la folie = I'm crazy about you
- je t'ai dans la peau = I've got you under my skin
- embrasse-moi pour de vrai = give me a French kiss
- j'aimerais te prendre la main = I'd want to hold your hand

=> je tiens à toi comme à la prunelle de mes yeux
It literally means I care about you as about the apple of my eye(s).
"je t'aime plus qu'hier moins que demain"= i love you more than yesterday but less than tomorrow.

“Je t’aime”. “Je vous aime” is a formal version of I love you, which I don’t think somebody would use with the loved one.
For I short romantic phrase try: Je t’aime, mon cœur! (I love you, my heart!-literal translation)
