God gave sex as the first commandment he gave to man - "be fruitful and multiple". But he also limited it to within marriage.

Jesus spoke of those who would choose not to marry or have sex in order to devote themselves full time to God, and called that a blessing. Paul wrote that it would be best if a person remained single and gave themselves full time to serving God, but that most people would desire sex too much to do that.

So it is not an "unalienable right" because it can be given up. But it is a privilege God has given for most people to enjoy.

That's a strange way of putting it.

I would say that in this country there is a right for two consenting adults to do as they please without some governmental interference, or some group of 'concerned Christians' getting their panties all twisted into a knot.

One thing I find endlessly odd is how so many 'christians' seem to be so very fascinated with what I do sexually. Either go get some of your own or shut up, folks. No fair standing on the sidelines watching and judging, like some sort of drooling armchair referee who is too scared to play the game but more than happy to shout his opinions on how the game should be played.

There shouldn't be. At least not in the United States, because the dumbest and most socially retarded drains on society are the ones who do it the most and therefore end up with children running around by the billions and I end up paying to support them. I think people should need a license with proof of a job and an IQ above 110 before they can have sex.

Yes. As decreed by God in the Bible, no man, no law, not race nor religion nor age, shall come between the act of sex between a man and a woman - to present any such barriers to this is to act against God.

Also according to the Bible - whom you are currently having sex with is your current mate. Marriage is reserved for when you have FINISHED having babies and have found the one mate you will spend the rest of your current life, and your eternal life from hereinafter with.

You notice the discrepencies that society brings up by (a) trying to restrict the act of sex, and (b) by trying to force everyone to marry BEFORE having children and not after. These are all things that fly in the face of the direct orders of God.

I would strongly question the basis for having any "unalienable right."

But if we're going to hand out rights anyway, I would say not one to sex. That's just opening the door for justification for statutory rape, forced sex, etc.

As Lisa Bonet and John Cusack discussed in the movie "High Fidelity", Sex is a basic human right. Besides, primal instincts shouldn't be eliminated, only controlled...through society and morals......in my opinion.

Since sex requires at least two people, it is necessary for both parties to reach an agreement as to whether each of them want to have sex, and whether they want to have it together simultaneously.

It is therefore a restriced right, subject to negotiation.

We have the right have sex in private, yes. And whatever sex we want so long as it's with a consenting adult partner (which I think ought to include prostitution).
